RETURNS

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return your garment. So please follow the following steps to lodge your return request.

Items are eligible for a store credit if all the three conditions below are met:

  • The item was lodged for return and a credit within 10 days of the purchase date via email.

  • Please note: once a store credit has been issued, it cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

  • The item hasn’t been worn or washed.

  • “Eve Amanda” is clear on the website that the motive behind the business is to reduce fashion landfill. This is acted upon by retrieving pre-loved garments and seeing the possibility of a “New Life” for each piece. All imperfections will be mentioned under the description of each item. A credit will not be given for imperfections which are mentioned in the description.

REFUNDS

Items are eligible for a refund if all the three conditions below are met:

  • The item was not in keeping with imperfections mentioned of the description of that garment. (photos will be required of unacceptable imperfections)

  • The item was not true to the size which was described on the website.

  • If any of the above points are the reason for requesting a refund then a request for a refund of the item must be lodged within 10 days of the purchase date via email to eve@eveamanda,com or via the contact page.

 

 

Please note:

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused.

  • As some of our goods are handmade or made from recycled material, there may be slight imperfections or variances that we believe adds to the character of the item. If you are returning these items and the imperfection is deemed to be due to the nature of the item as opposed to a manufacturing fault, Eve Amanda  reserves the right to process the return as a credit return instead of as a faulty item requiring a refund.

  • Shipping costs incurred on the original purchase are unfortunately not refundable and you will also be responsible for all return shipping costs to and from our warehouse. Eve Amanda will however reimburse any reasonable and documented shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
